Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. The board meeting will be held at the School located at 4129 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44103. The purposes of the Meeting are to consider various administrative matters, and to address any other general business that may properly come before the Board of Directors.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors Committee Meetings will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM for the Education/Governance Committee and 5:30 P.M. for the Finance/Audit Committee. The committee meetings will be held at the Warrensville Heights Branch Library – Conference Room A, located at 4415 Northfield Road, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128.
The purposes of the Committee Meetings are to consider various administrative matters and to address any other general business that may properly come before the Committees.
Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. The board meeting will be held at Warrensville Heights Branch Library – Conference A located at 4415 Northfield Road, Warrensville, Ohio 44128. The purposes of the Meeting are to consider various administrative matters, and to address any other general business that may properly come before the Board of Directors.
Additionally, state law limits the amount of time students should spend taking state or school tests. The School may exceed the testing limitations by resolution of the Board of Directors. However, the Board of Directors is required to conduct at least one hearing on the proposed resolution. Accordingly, during the October 1, 2026 Meeting of the Board of Directors of East Preparatory Academy, the Board will conduct a hearing on the proposed resolution, exceeding the testing limitations.
In addition, the School is required to provide reasonable opportunities for participation by teachers, parents, and other interest agencies, organizations, and individuals in the planning for and use of Federal funds.
Accordingly, during the October 1, 2026 Meeting of the Board of Directors of East Preparatory Academy, the School will share how it intends to spend and use IDEA Part B and other Federal Funds. This meeting will also allow for the opportunity for public comments and input.
