There are three ways to start your journey at East Preparatory Academy below. Choose what works best for you!

Click on the button below to start our enrollment form. The form will take approximately 20 minutes. Required documents are*:
Birth Certificate
Proof of identity/guardianship for the student
Proof of residency for the family
Parent/legal guardian photo ID
Immunization/shot records for the student
*Should you need more time to secure the above documents you can still submit the form and work with our enrollment specialist via email at info@eastprep.org
